Subscriptions renew automatically by default, so your access is not interrupted. You can turn auto-renew off at any time from Settings. Your subscription then stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and simply will not renew after that.

What is your refund policy, and what happens when my subscription ends?

We start every account with a free 7-day trial so you can try Sawab before paying. If you change your mind after subscribing, you can request a refund within 24 hours of your purchase by contacting us. When a subscription ends, access to the question bank pauses, but your account and history are kept — so you can pick up where you left off any time you subscribe again.

Can I reset my progress or report a problem with a question?

Yes to both. You can reset your progress from Settings for a fresh start: past quizzes stop counting toward your statistics and every question is treated as new again, while your previous sessions are kept (not deleted) so your history stays intact. And if you spot a mistake or something unclear in a question, use the report option shown with it while you answer or review — that sends it straight to our team to look into.

How do I change my password or email?

You can change your password from Settings while you are signed in. If you have forgotten it, use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in page to reset it by email. To change the email address on your account, contact us and we will help.

Yes. Sawab runs in any modern web browser and adapts to your screen, so it works on your phone, tablet, and computer. You can also add it to your home screen to use it like an app. Just sign in with the same account and your progress stays in sync across devices.
